Preserved spices and condiments [ Conserva de especies y condimentos ]

Hello dear group, my name is Odalys, I am a new member of this beautiful community and I want to share with you my first personal recipe to preserve condiments and natural spices in a healthy way. It is something very simple but that will give to our elaborations the typical flavor of the food of our grandmothers. Here it goes:

A generous root of ginger
Another one of curcuma
Half a kg of cachucha chili pepper
Half kg of red onion, it can be white onion
Four large heads of garlic
Cilantro to taste
One quart of soybean or sunflower oil

Hola querido grupo,mi nombre es Odalys,soy un nuevo miembro de esta hermosa comunidad y quiero compartir con ustedes mi primera receta personal para conservar condimentos y especias naturales de forma sana. Es algo bien sencillo pero que dara a nuestras elaboraciones el sabor tipico de la comida de nuestras abuelas. Aqui les va:

Una raiz generosa de gengibre
Otra de curcuma
Medio kg de aji tipo cachucha
Medio kg de cebolla morada,puede ser blanca
Cuatro cabezas grandes de ajo
Cilantro al gusto
Un cuarto de litro de aceite de soja o girasol

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and mix.

Poner todos los ingredientes en una batidora y mezclar

Once the mixture is ready, reserve in a container and keep in the refrigerator.

Con la mezcla ya hecha reservar en un recipiente y conservar en el refrigerador.
