Hello all friends ...
Tonight I want to share the lunch menu that I made this afternoon , I just had time to upload it tonight.
Of course you have seen bunches of anchovies that have been boiled and then cooked, we can process them in various ways, such as in chili sauce
But today I made boiled anchovies with an Acehnese stir-fry recipe, I deliberately made stir-fry because there was no other soupy menu at home today, and I took the initiative to make this.
Let's follow the recipe steps that I share below.....
- 750 grams of anchovies Boiled
- 1 red onion (large size)
- 1 garlic
- 8 pieces of Sunti tamarind
- 15 cayenne peppers
- 5 red chilies
- 7 green chilies
- Coriander 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 4 cm
- Pandan leaf 1
- Salt to taste
- oil to taste
- water to taste
STEP 1
First, I started by soaking the boiled anchovies for 3 minutes in plain water, then cleaned them and set the water aside.
STEP 2
Second, I grind the spices until smooth, such as onions, chilies, turmeric, Coriander, and Sunti acid.
STEP 3
Third, slice the red andgreen chilies diagonally, or according to your preference.
And also slice the shallots and pandan leaves lengthwise for the stir-fry ingredients later.
STEP 4
After all the ingredients have been prepared, the next step is to heat the oil then add the spices, namely onions and pandan leaves.
Once the onions are reddish and wilted, add the blended spices and stir until evenly mixed.
STEP 6
Once the spices are fragrant, add enough water, here I added about 100 ml Wait until it boils
--
STEP 7
Wait for the sauce to boil and reduce a little, then add the salt and sliced chilies,
And we wait until the sauce dries up, about 8 minutes and it's ready.
That's my simple cooking recipe menu today, I hope you like my post,,,, see you 😘
