Potato sausage is a popular snack that I've been wanting to try recently. I tasted it once at a street food stall, and it had a very unique flavor. Curious, I wanted to make it myself, so I tried to find the recipe. I thought the recipe would be very easy to prepare with simple ingredients.
Besides, I had all the ingredients at home. I thought this would be a quick alternative when serving.

5 sausages
100 grams of flour
1 tablespoon of tapioca flour
1 egg
1 teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon of baking powder

Serve while warm and add your favorite sauce. Here, I only used chili sauce, but the taste was truly extraordinary and very delicious. The savory flavor and very light texture make it a perfect snack to enjoy while gathering with friends.

The ingredients are easy to find and the preparation looks fun. I'm impressed by how similar this dish is to the shrimp meatballs sold at a Cantonese restaurant in my city. They are meatballs with “fried cubes” stuck to them, and I never knew what they were or what they were made of. Now I know that they are probably small cubes of potato coated in batter. Great!
