This particular cake is considered a luxury cake in terms of its version and type. This time, I will prepare a classic sponge cake, often known as old-fashioned sponge cake.

This cake is made from simple ingredients without artificial leavening agents, relying solely on whole eggs. This type of cake is commonly sold in the market, which piqued my curiosity. It is very popular and even sold at a relatively low price. Perhaps this is due to its very simple ingredients. I am not very skilled at making cakes and often fail when trying to make them. 180 grams of sugar
4 eggs
30 grams of powdered milk
100 grams of margarine
50 ml of cooking oil
1 sdt Sp
70 ml of sweetened condensed milk

Even though this was my umpteenth attempt at making sponge cake, I often felt like I was always failing, but this time my cake turned out well for the umpteenth time.
