Today I bring you a Rich pasta with ground beef with eggplant and cheese, a dish with few ingredients.
A la hora de cocinar, nos la inventamos aunque haya poco ingredientes. La berenjena en ni cocina es siempre utilizada, esta hortaliza tiene efecto desintoxicantes, eliminando toxinas que no son buenas para el cuerpo y asi conserva una buena salud. Con la berenjena se prepara deliciosos platos.Siempre aplicando la medida de cocinarla bien y sacarle lo amargo.
Este plato que le presento fue cocinado con poco ingredientes que había en la despensa, pero como cocinera hay que innovar y pensar. A continuación los ingredientes y los pasos para cocinar esta rica pasta con carne molida, con berenjena y queso.
When it comes to cooking, we make it up even if there are few ingredients. Eggplant in my kitchen is always used, this vegetable has a detoxifying effect, eliminating toxins that are not good for the body and thus preserves good health. Eggplant is used to prepare delicious dishes, always applying the measure of cooking it well and taking out the bitterness.
This dish that I present to you was cooked with few ingredients that were in the pantry, but as a cook you have to innovate and think. Here are the ingredients and the steps to cook this delicious pasta with ground beef, eggplant and cheese.
Ingredientes:
- Medio kilo de pasta. (500 gramos)
- 300 gramos de carne molida.
- Una berenjena y media.
- Ajo.
- Ají dulce
- Cebollín.
- Una ramita de perejil.
- Sal, papeleta de onoto, pimienta.
Ingredients:
- Half a kilo of pasta. (500 grams)
- 300 grams of ground meat.
- One and a half eggplant.
- Garlic.
- Sweet chili
- Chives.
- A sprig of parsley.
- Salt, onoto paper, pepper.
Como primer lugar, en una olla con agua, se coloca al fuego a cocinar y le colocamos un poco de sal, es para hacer la pasta.
As a first place, in a pot with water, it is placed on the fire to cook and we put a little salt, it is to make the pasta.
Luego lavamos el aliño( perejil, cebollín, aji dulce, la berenjena). Lo picamos poco a poco, lo mas pequeño que se pueda. Ya picado, lo llevamos ala olla para sofreír con un poquito de aceite y onoto. Después le incorporamos un poquito de pimienta y removemos. le incorporamos un poquito de agua, para que se sofría bien a fuego lento.
Then we wash the dressing (parsley, chives, sweet pepper, eggplant). We chop it little by little, as small as possible. Once chopped, we take it to the pot to fry it with a little bit of oil and onoto. Then we add a little bit of pepper and stir. We add a little bit of water, so that it fries well over low heat.
A parte colocamos la carne molida en un envase, para sazonarla primero antes de cocinar, esta receta me lo enseño la abuela. Le colocamos sal, pimienta, ajo y removemos. Y dejamos que repose unos 6 minutos.
We put the ground beef in a container, to season it first before cooking, this recipe was taught to me by my grandmother. We put salt, pepper, garlic and stir. And let it rest for about 6 minutes.
Pasados los minutos le colocamos la carne molida al aliño, removemos. Luego de unos minutos le colocamos un poquito de sal y agua para que se cocine la carne molida, durante media hora.
After a few minutes, add the ground beef to the dressing and stir. After a few minutes, add a little salt and water to cook the ground beef for half an hour.
Ya el agua del la pasta esta hirviendo y le agregamos la pasta y removemos y dejamos que se cocine, cuando que no se pegue. Pasados los minutos 20 minutos, ya la pasta esta, colamos, echamos a la olla y le agregamos una cucharilla de mantequilla( este es opcional).
Already the pasta water is boiling and we add the pasta and stir and let it cook, when it does not stick. After 20 minutes, and the pasta is ready, strain it and add a teaspoon of butter (this is optional).
Vamos removiendo la carne molida. En una olla aparte colocamos la mitad de la berenjena a cocinar en rodajas.
We are stirring the ground beef. In a separate pot we place half of the eggplant to cook in slices.
Después de 20 minutos incorporamos la berenjena picada en rodajas que ya estan cocinadas, a la carne molida y bajamos el fuego. Y pasados ya 10 minutos, ya la carne molida esta en su punto y apagamos.
After 20 minutes we incorporate the chopped eggplant in slices that are already cooked, to the ground beef and lower the heat. And after 10 minutes, the ground beef is ready and turn off the heat.
Rallamos el queso, para servir el plato. La pasta la carne molida con la rodajas de berenjena y le incorporamos queso rayado alrededor. Y ya esta el plato listo para comer.
We grate the cheese, to serve the dish. The paste the ground beef with the eggplant slices and incorporate grated cheese around it. And the dish is ready to eat.
