A Sweet Tapioca Pearls Dessert | Healthy Food

Today I am going to share with you a cold delicious sweet dessert recipe. That is very tasty and healthy food. I could have made it with so many things but I made it with what I had at home.

Tapioca pearl is a healthy food that is very simple to digest and reduces constipation. It is very beneficial for health. It has a cooling impact on the body and is a rich source of carbs. It is also good for pregnant women. Due to its high potassium content, it may help in promoting healthy blood flow and maintaining stable blood pressure. It reduces the risk of heart attack and stroke as well.

First let me tell you what I made it with.

Ingredients:

Tapioca pearls
Sugar
Milk (liquid)
Powder milk
China grass
Food colour
Banana
Ice cream

Step-by-step images of how to make this Dessert:

First make the jelly. If you want, you can cook it with jelly powder. I didn't have jelly powder. So I made jelly with china grass and food colour. As I said, you can do whatever you think is convenient for you. China grass should be soaked in water for 15 minutes.

Take water in a container and add sugar to it. Add sugar to your taste for jelly. Then sugar should be mixed well with water.

Then put the water on the stove and boil well, then add china grass. Then stir the water well. After stirring, you will see that the water and china grass have mixed.

Then pour into a bowl and add some food colour here. Mix the food colour well.

Now keep this jelly at normal temperature and cool it. When it cools down, put it in the fridge. After that, when the jellies are cold, take them out and cut them into small cubes.

After that, boil the liquid milk well after making the jelly. Mix powdered milk and sugar in a separate bowl.
Once mixed well, boil well with liquid milk. When the milk thickens, take it off the stove and let it cool.

After that it's time to cook the tapioca pearls. Let the water heat up in a pot. When the water starts to boil, put them in the water.

When the tapioca pearls change colour and become shiny, turn off the stove and pick them up.

Now cool them down. No need to keep it in the fridge to cool. Cool it to normal temperature. Now mix the cooked tapioca pearls in milk. Then keep them in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours. When it cools down, take it out of the fridge.

Then cut a banana into cubes. Then mix the jellies with the banana cubes. Then slowly give the desserts in between. Mix it well.
Then serve in a bowl. I added some ice cream and jelly on top of the dessert for garnish. It is optional. This dessert is more delicious with ice cream.
