It's not just canned peppers, it's baked peppers!
So, we need:
Bulgarian pepper - 12-13 pieces
Vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp. spoons
Garlic - 2 Cloves
Parsley - 3-5 Pieces
Salt - 1/2 Teaspoon
Sugar - 1/2 Teaspoon
Peppercorns - 3-5 Pieces
Vinegar 9% - 1 tbsp. spoon

Let's start with our lovely sweet pepper.
We bake it in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes

To make it easier to peel off, put the baked peppers in a bag or foil

You need to hold the pepper in the bag for 10 minutes, then peel

It is wonderful, fragrant!

Cut into strips. Fill with vegetable oil with garlic, herbs, salt and sugar. And put it in a glass jar. It's insanely delicious!
