Tomato and scamorza omelette.( ENG/ESP)

Good morning hivers how are you? I'm a little better, today I decided to cook something more protein-rich and nutritious, even if I can only eat a slice or two I'm happy with it, as you know by now from my posts I love eggs and egg-based dishes, especially omelettes and savory pies but now I can't eat eggs as often as I would like, same thing for cheese I have to adjust to that too. However, for this recipe we need some easy ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 60 grams of datterini tomatoes
  • 50 grams of scamorza
  • two tablespoons of salt
  • three tablespoons of olive oil

First let's prepare the ingredients, let's take the datterini tomatoes, do you like them? I love datterni or cherry tomatoes much more than other types of tomatoes. Wash them carefully with water.

Estoy un poco mejor, hoy decidí cocinar algo más rico en proteínas y nutritivo, aunque solo puedo comer una rebanada o dos estoy feliz con ello, como ya sabes por mis publicaciones, me encantan los huevos y el huevo. Platos a base de huevos, especialmente tortillas y tartas saladas, pero ahora no puedo comer huevos con tanta frecuencia como quisiera, lo mismo ocurre con el queso, al que también tengo que adaptarme.

Sin embargo, para esta receta necesitamos algunos ingredientes fáciles:

  • 4 huevos
  • 60 gramos de tomates datterini
  • 50 gramos de estafarza
  • dos cucharadas de sal
  • tres cucharadas de aceite de oliva

Primero preparemos los ingredientes, tomemos los tomates datterini, ¿os gustan? Me encantan los tomates datterni o cherry mucho más que otros tipos de tomates. Lávelos cuidadosamente con agua.

Then we take a cutting board and cut the datterini tomatoes into small pieces, take the scamorza and do the same, cut it into small pieces. We prepare a pan with the oil and turn on the heat to a low flame, then we break 4 eggs into the pan and mix them with the salt for about a minute, after which we slowly add both the tomatoes and the scamorza, continuing to mix with the eggs so that the tomatoes and scamorza are deposited evenly along the omelette.

At this point we let everything cook for about twenty minutes and then our omelette will be ready to serve. A simple and very tasty omelette!

Luego cogemos una tabla de cortar y cortamos los tomates datterini en trozos pequeños, cogemos la estafarza y hacemos lo mismo, la cortamos en trozos pequeños. Preparamos una sartén con el aceite y ponemos el fuego a fuego lento, luego rompemos 4 huevos en la sartén y los mezclamos con la sal durante un minuto aproximadamente, tras lo cual añadimos lentamente tanto los tomates como la estafarza, continuando mezclar con los huevos para que los tomates y la estafarza se depositen uniformemente a lo largo de la tortilla.

En este punto dejamos que se cocine todo unos veinte minutos y entonces nuestra tortilla estará lista para servir. ¡Una tortilla sencilla y muy rica!
