Omg I love avocado su much ( unfortunately I can't buy it often it's hard to find in my area and it's very expensive) I never try it with quail eggs, it's an original Chinese recipe?. By the way looks truly yummy. And I understand you when Im at home alone I have less inspiration for cooking but I al very inspired when I'm at home with my husband and my step daughter 😍

In Indonesia we often use Quail eggs for daily. So I am not sure if Chinese people use for daily meal too 😊
