Good morning hivers here I am again with a delicious recipe, even a few days ago I cooked a very particular and creative omelette, you will find the recipe by scrolling through my blog and even today I prepared a tasty and delicious omelette again.
I had some leftover cauliflower in the fridge and some potatoes which are never lacking here in my house, so I decided to vary the recipe for the classic potato omelette a bit by adding cauliflower.
For this recipe you will need:
- 80 grams of cauliflower
- 4 eggs
- 2 medium potatoes
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 3 tablespoons of salt
First, let's take the cauliflower, clean it well and then cut it into small pieces, then take a large pan and put about a glass of water in it.

Buenos días hivers aquí estoy de nuevo con una receta deliciosa, incluso hace unos días preparé una tortilla muy particular y creativa, encontraréis la receta navegando por mi blog y aún hoy he vuelto a preparar una tortilla rica y deliciosa. Me sobraba un poco de coliflor en la nevera y unas patatas que aquí en mi casa nunca faltan, así que decidí variar un poco la receta de la clásica tortilla de patatas añadiendo coliflor.
Para esta receta necesitarás:
- 80 gramos de coliflor
- 4 huevos
- 2 patatas medianas
- 3 cucharadas de aceite
- 3 cucharadas de sal
Primero cogemos la coliflor, la limpiamos bien y luego la cortamos en trozos pequeños, luego cogemos una cacerola grande y ponemos en ella aproximadamente un vaso de agua.

Luego cogemos las patatas, las pelamos y las cortamos en rodajas finas, añadimos las patatas y la coliflor al agua de la sartén y cocemos unos veinte minutos hasta que se ablanden. Escurrir las verduras, reservarlas y preparar la sartén con el aceite, romper los huevos en un bol y salarlos bien removiendo luego poner la mezcla en la sartén y añadir la coliflor y las patatas, mezclar todo bien y cocinar nuestra tortilla durante unos diez minutos, servir caliente o frío al gusto, ¡una receta buena y sencilla!
