Wow, I got hungry again when I read your recipe.
I really liked that you make the sauce with natural tomato, with patience hehe.

But what I liked the most is the fact that you use feta cheese mixed with garlic, a delicious touch.

I am looking forward to try to make this recipe at home.

And yes, the combination is perfect. In the future, I might try to "whip" the feta and garlic to make for even a more creamier sauce.
