Hello Hivers, the food that I am talking about this time may be different from food that is usually found in public places. This food reminds me always of my childhood and my hometown feels longing to be treated with its very distinctive seasoning.
Food from the land of Batak is not often found in the places I have visited so far. This food is cooked with spices that come from the land area of the fields around Lake Toba, the area where the temperature is cold, the name ANDALIMAN makes the tongue vibrate when the tongue touches it.
Very different and very distinctive. This food is usually suitable to be served at lunch or at dinner with family, friends and even at parties.
