ingredients

beef (small pieces)
thinly sliced size Onions
fresh green/red chili thinly sliced
Ginger-Garlic paste
red chili powder
Turmeric powder
Black Pepper powder
Coriander powder
Curry leaves
Cooking oil
Ga-ram masala powder
Salt
Cooking oil
Curry leaves

Preparation

Combine the beef, onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, zest powders (Ga-ram masala, turmeric powder, pepper powder, coriander powder, chili powder, Curry leaves, Salt), and water in a small weight cooker. On a medium burner, pressure cook for 3 to 4 howls (depending on the meat) or until done for almost 20 minutes. Turn the machine off and let the weight fall naturally. Check for crispiness and offer assistance to the chef if necessary. If there's too much watery sauce, reduce the heat until the mixture thickens. Heat the coconut oil in a cast-iron skillet or a pan over medium heat. Add the small coconut cuts and cook for a few minutes, or until golden. Wait until the curry leaves are crispy before adding them. Wait a few seconds before adding the dried red chilies. Remove the meat from the pressure cooker and place it in a pan. And finally the delicious roasted beef curry is ready.
