SAYUR LOMBOK ( chili vegetable ) Cob Fish and Tempe

in Foodies Bee Hive3 years ago

Hello everyone, today I will share my simple dinner menu recipe. This is a dish that I often make. Maybe this food will be a little tacky in your eyes, but this is delicious food in my area. This food is cooked with coconut milk which tastes spicy, sweet and savory. People used to call it "SAYUR LOMBOK", (chili vegetable) because this dish is characterized by its extraordinary spicy taste. In this dish, you can enter the filling according to your taste, for example, such as tempeh, tofu, eggplant or fried fish . In addition to being cooked with mashed chilies, I usually add whole or sliced chilies to the dish.

This dish reminds me of my childhood, my grandmother often cooks it at home or maybe almost all the houses cook it. And I don't like it, but after I grow up I like this food, because I know that this is a special dish at our place, and it turns out that there are many restaurants that provide this dish.
