Do you know that your health is determined by what you eat?
To live a healthy life, free of ailments you need to eat healthy diets that will help build your immune system, which will play a major role in fighting diseases and infections that enters the body keeping you strong at all times.
To eat healthy, you need to get the right food example fruits, vegetables, protein, water etc, eat at the right time to avoid ulcer and obesity too, and eat the right amount of food.
Also, avoid too much junk and fatty foods to keep your heart and blood vessels fit always.
