Hola amigos de la comunidad, hoy amanecimos en bogota con mucho frio, y para los amantes del cafe asi como yo, de seguro tomarse algo calientico les sube todos los ánimos.

Cuando amanece con mucho frio en mi trabajo el dia es un poco más movido de lo normal, piden solo café, perico, chocolates y cappuchinos.
Hoy fue un dia muy movido, salieron muchos cappuchinos, es muy fácil de preparar pero con mucha paciencia. Les enseñare como hago esta bebida caliente, lo primordial es que la leche este bien fría y al batirla nos quede super espumosa.

Con nuestros ingredientes listos que seria café FUERTE , milo, leche batida y espumosa, base de licor y opcional miel.

En la copa agregamos un poco de el licor que viene en crema, luego echamos solo la espuma.

Ya listo esto con sumo cuidado agregamos la leche poco a poco, casi siempre uso una cucharilla esto m ayuda a que salga solo la leche y muy poquita.

Ya casi llena la copa echamos el café, muy pero muy lento es importante este paso pues el café no se debe mezclar con nada, debe todo quedar separado para que queden lindos.

Y así me quedaron mis cappuchinos, si es de su gusto pueden agregarle miel, canela a gusto yo solo les agrego milo para decorar por encima!
