Home Made Chicken Cordon Bleu

Chicken cordon bleu is one of my daughter's favorite foods. Actually I never figure out how to make chicken cordon bleu recipe. I just create my own recipe based on the visual appearance of the food being served in the restaurant when my daughter orders it.

From the look and feel, it's clear that chicken cordon bleu is a blend of chicken pieces, bacon and mozzarella cheese. From there I tried to make this dish myself at home. And, very unexpectedly… It turns out that my daughter loves it and always asks to be made.
Happy isn't it? Yes, for sure…
For a mother, the food that is liked by her husband and children and runs out when eaten is a joy in itself.

Here, I will share my homemade Chicken Cordon Bleu recipe.

The main ingredient :
✔ Chicken breast
✔ A few pieces of smoked meat
✔ Mozzarella cheese slices

How to make :
To arrange the chicken pieces, bacon and cheese; I used a tray covered with aluminum foil.
✔ Arrange on aluminum foil slices of chicken breast
✔ After that, arrange the sheet of smoked meat on top of the chicken breast,
✔ Then arrange mozzarella cheese on it
✔ Then roll all the layers until they are fully combined (looks like in the image below)

Coating ingredient :
✔ Flour
✔ Egg
✔ Salt, Pepper, Parsley powder to taste
✔ Water
✔ Bread crumbs

How to make :
✔ Mix all the above ingredients (except bread crumbs) until well blended. With a fairly thick texture.

Finishing :
✔ Dip the chicken rolls and bacon in the coating
✔ Then return with crumbs flour
✔ Do this repeatedly 2-3 times
✔ Heat the cooking oil
✔ Then fry the chicken cordon bleu in low heat so that it cooks evenly

Serve chicken cordon bleu with side dishes such as potatoes and vegetables
