How do Grill is served in your country? I show you how it is in mine [English subtitles]

We recently went to a place near home called “Empanadas 25 sabores”, and although the name does not seem to have anything to do with what we ordered, we must say that we were surprised with the wide variety of dishes offered there, these range from empanadas, cachapas, soups, grills, among others. We had been wanting to try a good traditional grill for a day so that's what we ordered.

The grill has dozens of variants around the world and these depend mostly on the region. We know that in Argentina, for example, they are quite popular, but there is no doubt that in most parts of the world charcoal grills are used to cook meat and its by-products on a daily basis. The grill we ordered consisted of beef (solomo), chorizo, chinchurria (small intestine of the cow), parboiled yucca and guasacaca (sauce based on different seasonings).

As you can see in the photos, this is how the parrillas are usually served here in Venezuela, although there are also other variations. In the following photo you will see the guasacaca, this is composed of avocado, green bell pepper, onion, garlic and cilantro, mainly.

The value of this grill for two people (although it is really enough for 3) was 12$, taking into account the quality and quantity we consider that it is a good price. But tell us, how do the restaurants serve the grill in your country?

I haven't eaten a good grill in a long time, I've lost count haha this looks spectacular, super tempting and you feel like eating everything from there haha what a delight 😋

Here the grills are very varied, they have a lot of ingredients, cuts, I've never ordered a complete grill, but I've seen them in pictures and some things I don't even know what they are 😂

I hope you enjoyed it ❤️🦉

Yes, I suppose there are many varieties and cuts of meat there, here they are usually as you see in the photo and in the video. It's not something we can eat very often, but once in a while it's worth it. Cheers!

It looks so delicious!!!! 🤤

Yes, it was delicious!

Nothing like Grilled meat venezuelan style, specially because of the meat cut we use to make it and of course the delicious guasacaca sauce.
This dish looks so yummy. 😋

We share the same sentiment, and yes, this cut of meat with guasacaca is usually very good. It was a pleasure to share. Regards!
