Sopa de lentejas con costilla de res.[ENG-ESP]lentil soup with beef rib

Hola a todos , hoy les quiero mostrar esta deliciosa receta que seguro les va a encantar, se trata de una rica y exquisita sopa de granos con costilla de res, pueden usar el grano que quieran, en este caso yo use lentejas, una exquisita receta a base de proteínas, los granos nos aportan energía y tienen alto contenido de proteínas, los batidos son ideales y tienen excelentes beneficios para nuestro organismo. A continuación les enseñaré como hacer la sopa de lentejas, por aquí les dejo los ingredientes:

-Lentejas
-costilla de res
-Verduras (auyama, yuca, chino, ocumo, ñame)
-Ajíes
-Cebolla
-Ajo
-Sal condimentada
-Onoto
-Orégano

Preparación:

1.Lavar bien los granos y ponerlos a remojar de un día a otro, luego sacar el agua y lavarlos nuevamente y ponerlos a sancochar hasta que quede blandito.

2.Por otra parte,pelar,picar y lavar la verdura.

3.Picar los ajíes, cebolla y pelar los dientes de ajo.

4.Lavar bien y picar la costilla de res, luego ponerla a sancochar a parte junto con la verdura.

5.Una vez que los granos estén blandito, la verdura y la costilla, unir todo en una olla grande.

6.Sofreir la cebolla, el ajo y los ajíes, condimentando con la sal, el orégano y el onoto y agregarlo a la sopa.

7.Tapar y dejar cocinar por 25 a 30 minutos, dejar reposar y servir caliente.

Fácil y rápido de preparar además de que es un plato súper exquisito, lo puedes preparar con hueso ahumado, chorizo ahumado, cochino o la carne roja que desees te quedará súper rico y te encantará. Espero les guste y lo hagan en casa. Saludos! 😊

Preparation:

6.Sauté the onion, garlic and peppers, seasoning with salt, oregano and onoto and add it to the soup.

7.Cover and cook for 25 to 30 minutes, let stand and serve hot.
