Delicious Fried Chicken Breast with French Fries and Salad

Hola amigos de la comunidad de Foodies Bee Hive, el día de hoy quería compartir una receta simple pero verdaderamente deliciosa y de mis favoritas: Milanesa de Pollo con ensalada y papas fritas, es muy sencillo de preparar y es muy rico. Antes de comenzar con la preparación de esta receta veamos los ingredientes que necesitas para poder hacerlo. >Hello friends of the Foodies Bee Hive community, today I wanted to share a simple but truly delicious recipe and one of my favorites: Chicken Milanesa with salad and french fries, it is very simple to cook and it is very tasty. Before starting with the preparation of this recipe let's see the ingredients you need to make it.

Para preparar el Pollo Necesitaremos:
• 800 gramos de pechuga de pollo fileteada en Milanesa.
• 2 Huevos
• 1 Taza de Harina de Trigo
• ½ Taza de Pan Rallado
• 2 cucharada de Paprika
• Sal y pimienta al Gusto
• 1 Cucharada de Salsa de Soja
• 1 Diente de Ajo
• 1 Cucharada de Aceite de Oliva
• ½ Taza de Aceite Vegetal

To prepare the Chicken We will need:

  • 800 grams of chicken breast filleted in Milanese.
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of wheat flour
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoon of Paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of Soy Sauce
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • ½ cup vegetable oil

Lo primero que debemos hacer el condimentar nuestros milanesas para esto machacamos un diente de ajo con aceite de oliva y lo untamos sobre nuestro pollo con 1 cucharada de Paprika, 1 cucharada de salsa de soya, sal y pimienta al gusto y lo dejamos marinar de media a una hora en la nevera. Una vez pase el tiempo de marinado debemos colocar la media taza de aceite en un caldero y empezar a calentar, simultáneamente debemos batir los dos huevos para proceder a sumergir el pollo en el huevo, luego de sumergirlo en el huevo debemos pasarlo por harina de trigo y se va a formar una capa, volvemos a pasar por huevo y por harina para posteriormente llevar a freír en el aceite vegetal que calentamos debemos cocinarlo 5 minutos por cada lado a fuego bajo para asegurar una buena cocción y evitar que se queme.

The first thing we must do is to season our chicken for this we crush a clove of garlic with olive oil and spread it on our chicken with 1 tablespoon of Paprika, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste and let it marinate for half an hour to an hour in the refrigerator. Once the marinating time has elapsed we must place the half cup of oil in a pot and start heating, simultaneously we must beat the two eggs to proceed to dip the chicken in the egg, after dipping it in the egg we must pass it through wheat flour and it will form a shell, we pass it again through egg and flour to later take it to fry in the vegetable oil that we heated, we must cook it 5 minutes on each side over low heat to ensure good cooking and prevent it from burning.

Para Las Papas Fritas Necesitaremos:
• 1Kg de papas
• Sal y Pimienta al Gusto
• ½ Taza de Aceite Vegetal

For the French fries we will need:

  • 1Kg of potatoes
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • ½ cup vegetable oil

Primero debemos pelar nuestras papas y posteriormente picarlas y darles la forma característica, luego las sumergimos en un bowl con agua y sal al gusto por 20 minutos aproximadamente con esto aseguramos que nuestras papas desprendan el almidón y queden más crujientes cuando las friamos, una vez pasados los 20 minutos debemos calentar el aceite en un caldero y cuando este bien caliente sumergimos nuestras papas y dejamos cocinar de 7 a 10 minutos en fuego bajo. En el caso de preferir se puede comprar las papas fritas congeladas, estas no hace faltan pelarlas ni picarlas.

First we must peel our potatoes and later chop them and give them the characteristic form, then we submerge them in a bowl with water and salt to the taste for 20 minutes approximately with this we assure that our potatoes release the starch and remain more crispy when we fry them, once passed the 20 minutes we must heat the oil in a cauldron and when it is very hot we submerge our potatoes and we let cook from 7 to 10 minutes in low fire. If you prefer to buy frozen french fries, you do not need to peel or chop them.

Para la Ensalada:
• 1 Tomate
• 1 Cebolla
• 1 Lechuga
• ½ limón
• Sal y Pimienta al Gusto

For the Salad:

  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 1 lettuce
  • ½ lemon
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Debemos cortar nuestra cebolla y el tomate, agregar el jugo de medio limón luego agregamos sal y pimienta al gusto y unimos con la lechuga.

We must cut our onion and tomato, add the juice of half a lemon, then add salt and pepper to taste and join with the lettuce.

Una vez estén listos todos los integrantes de nuestro plato procedemos a servir nuestra deliciosa milanesa.
