Colocamos la carne ,a un lado colocamos tambiΓ©n la cebolla , con el tomate que resaltan la vista, tipo ensalada para darle color y cΓ³mo estΓ‘n encurtidas con el limΓ³n su sabor es espectacular y en otro plato ese plΓ‘tano bien asado , dorado y provocativo con ese sabor dulce amigo perfecto de mi bistec de lomito. Se animan , lo salado de la carne y lo dulce del plΓ‘tano la combinaciΓ³n perfecta, muy saludable, potente y equilibrado.
