Preparacion ;
Colocamos el sartén a calentar a temperatura media para freír las papas ya que tardan un poco más, mientras las pelamos, las lavamos y las secamos ya que la vamos a freír, y así no salpica el aceite y evitamos accidente en la cocina, medimos la temperatura del aceite y las echamos a freír .

Colocamos otra sartén y calentamos a temperatura también media dónde vamos a colocar nuestra pechuga de pollo, ponemos 20 ml de aceite de oliva y echamos la pechuga la cual ya hemos sazonado con sal, pimienta y el pimentón molido, es muy rápida su cocción, solo toma 8 minutos 4 minutos por un lado y 4 por el otro y listo queda doradita le echamos las alcaparras y una rama de cebollín picado y apagamos,

Servimos en un plato limpio y bonito , luego de dejar reposar para que quede jugosa, y los sabores se mezclen, para obtener un resultado de exquisito sabor el cual es inigualable, colocando gotas de su salsa en el plato y realzar su colorido que lo da el pimentón, podemos colocar las papas en el mismo plato, más quise colocarlas aparte , luego de ponerlas en papel secante para eliminar el exceso del aceite y por eso lo deje en otro plato las cuales les rocíe un poco de sal y listo.

El afortunado fue mi esposo el cual tiene un paladar muy fino y los elogios fueron excelente, es un plato para compartir con la familia, los amigos y acompañada de la bebida de su preferencia
