Hoy nos vamos con algo de sabor dulce, con una receta práctica y rica para compartir en familia, hace unos días había dado la receta de los merengues y ahora le daré el uso que le di a ese merengue que mostré en post pasados, se trata de una malteada como comúnmente se le conoce a nivel mundial así que corre, busca tu lápiz y papel y anota los ingredientes que a continuación te ofrezco:
Today we are going with something sweet, with a practical and rich recipe to share with the family, a few days ago I had given the recipe for meringues and now I will give it the use that I gave to that meringue that I showed in past posts, it is about of a milkshake as it is commonly known worldwide so run, find your pencil and paper and write down the ingredients that I offer you below:
-Una malta
-10 gr. de leche en polvo
-2 cditas. de cocoa ocacao en polvo
-Vainilla al gusto
-Paquete de Galletas (oreo)
-Hielo abundante en trozos pequeños
-Merengue italiano o crema chantilly
-Azúcar al gusto.
INGREDIENTS:
-One malt
-10 gr. powdered milk
-2 tsp. cocoa ocacao powder
-Vanilla to taste
-Pack of Cookies (oreo)
-Plenty of ice in small pieces-Italian meringue or chantilly cream
-Sugar to taste
PREPARACIÓN:
- En una licuadora, agrega la malta e incorpora la leche poco a poco y mezcla.
- Anexa la vainilla y 4 galletas y corrige el espesor agregando más leche.
- Añade las cucharaditas de cacao en polvo y rectifica el grado de dulce.
- Anexa los trozos de hielo y licua una vez más.
- Adorna a tu gusto con el merengue o la crema chantilly y las galletas.
PREPARATION:
-In a blender, add the malt and add the milk little by little and mix.
-Add the vanilla and 4 cookies and correct the thickness by adding more milk.
-Add the teaspoons of cocoa powder and rectify the degree of sweetness.
-Attach the pieces of ice and blend once more.
-Garnish to your liking with the meringue or the whipped cream and the cookies.
¡Listo! allí tienes una rica y deliciosa malteada para disfrutar en familia. ¡SALUD!
