Spicy indomie with fresh tomatoes and eggs prepared by me.

in Foodies Bee Hive4 years ago

Good evening everyone. It was really a hectic day today trust me, I'll make a post about that later where I'll explain further in details.

I finished up everything I wanted doing today at about 6:30pm, I was so tired and I had cravings for indomie with fresh tomatoes and eggs since morning.

So I went to the market to get fresh tomatoes, eggs, onions and groundnut oil while I bought the indomie in a shop close by. I know it's a meal that is meant to be taken in the morning but there's no set or laid down rules for that. Hence, you can eat it any time.

Everyone knows how to prepare this particular meal of course so nothing I will say here will be new to us. But perhaps maybe the way I prepared mine is quite or slight different from how you prepare yours. I guess from my recipes you all will know the method I used, just stay put and watch with keen interest 😊.

My measurements and ingredients are:

  • 2 packets of indomie instant noodles (Chicken flavour)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • Fresh tomatoes at 100 naira (4 pieces)
  • Bread
  • Groundnut oil (Power Oil)

I didn't prepare the 2 packets of indomie but 1 rather. Reason is because I'll be leaving very early in the morning to school so I'll prepare the remaining one for breakfast.

I used 2 eggs and remained 1, I used 3 pieces of the fresh tomatoes and remained 3, I also used half of the Groundnut oil and remain for tomorrow as well as the bread and onions.

My recipes

  • I washed my pot, turned on my cylinder, placed my pot and broke 1 pack of the indomie into small pieces inside the pot.

I washed the fresh tomatoes and sliced it into small pieces and added it inside the pot as well alongside with water.

  • When it boiled, I filtered it.
  • I placed the pot again and allowed the water to dry off.

That's all, I turned off the cylinder and scooped my food as I was eager to finish everything. By the time I finished, it was getting dark.

I'll prepare the remaining pack and other stuffs tomorrow morning before leaving for school by 7am. By the time you read this I might have finished everything but you can join me tomorrow morning, there's love in sharing 😏😏.
