¡Hola todos los Hivers! Soy @medinaproyect. Hago mi humilde publicación en @foodiesbeehive. Este post con contexto gastronómico y un tanto reflexivo de como han variado mis gustos en este aspecto.

¡Hello all Hivers! I am @medinaproyect. I do my humble post on @foodiesbeehive. This post with gastronomic context and somewhat reflective of how my tastes have changed in this regard.

Debo reconocer que en mi niñez mi alimentación era humilde, pero bien variada y fresca. Nacido en tierras del Estado Falcón- Venezuela. El queso lo obtenia directamente de un proovedor especial (Mi abuelo). Comia Chivo en coco, arepa de maiz Pilao, Masamorra, etc. Toda esas preparaciones las recuerdo con cariño y no se me olvida.

I must admit that in my childhood my diet was humble, but very varied and fresh. Born in the lands of the Falcon State- Venezuela. The cheese was obtained directly from a special supplier (My grandfather). I ate Chivo en coco, Pilao corn arepa, Masamorra, etc. All those preparations I remember fondly and I do not forget.

En mi tiempo de estudiante universitario; lleno de juventud y energia. Vivia solo, porque tuve que trasladarme a Maracaibo - Edo. Zulia. Aunque apoyado economicamente por mi padrino y madrina. Vivia alejado de ellos. Por ende me hospedaba solo, para estar más cerca de la institución academica que me formó. No era muy conciente de lo que comía. Esos tips de cuales eran los alimentos más nutritivos no le daba mucha importancia. Mis aliados en aquella epoca: El cafe, el pan y el licor. Tn relacionado a esos convivires estudiantiles, noches de estudio y de festividades.

He lived away from them. Therefore I was staying alone, to be closer to the academic institution that trained me. He was not very aware of what he was eating.
