Finally I ate Dal Bati Churma | My Food My Experience

It's Mayuresh and here I am come's with another exciting and delicious blog. Let's go on the virtual tour to eat the Dal Bati Churma. In my life before the last Sunday I never ate Dal Bati as this is the famous dish of Rajsthan and I am living in the Maharashtra state. I search in every restaurant for this dish but I never found that. On last week while surfing on Instagram I found one reel of Pushti Tushti restaurant and I saw the Dal bati churma in that reel. Its really mouthwatering so I shared the reel with my friends and we planned to visit the restaurant on weekend.

_Ambience

I already so excited to visit the restaurant and almost from 2-3 years I waited to eat Dal Bati churma and its finally comes that moment. Finally It's sunday and I am so much excited from the morning but there is heavy rain in the morning so most of my friends canceled the plan but I decided to stick on my plan and At 11:30 AM I get ready and started my journey towards the restaurant. While I am on the way my another friend also called me and informed me that she also comes to visit the restaurant.

After reaching to the Borivali station we decided to reach the office by walk and while walking we constantly discuss about the dish. After reaching to the restaurant we firstly Impress by their services as they open door for us and also prepare table for us. After 5 minutes of discussion we ordered for Dal Bati Churma with gatte and pineapple sheera in dessert.

While ordered is prepare we clicked the selfies and pictures of ambience. After 20 minutes of waiting they served the Dal bati churma with gatte and its just dream comes true.

As you saw in the above picture there is set of dish which comes and all of the above were ate together. Firstly I will explain one on one. In plate you saw the dark brown color balls that was Bati and Inside Bati they had stuffing's. In plate on right side they give pickle and Dal with onion. On upper Right side you saw the brown color crush It was the Churma and it was sweet and fully loaded with dry fruits. Below that they provide garlic chuttney and there is another bowl of dal and Gatte curry.

To ate this Dal bati churma firstly we crushed the bati and mixed all the curry and chutney and churma. When I took the first bite of Dal bati churma I feels lot of flavors in my mouth.Its really taste good. First I feel the sweetness and after that I feel the spiciness of chutney.

I enjoyed the each and every bite of Dal Bati churma and other good thing there is free refill of Dal so its just like unlimited with this dish.

_{Pineapple Sheera}

After Dal Bati Churma we ate pineapple sheera.Pineapple sheera also teste very good. Its not too much sweet and with every bite we feel the taste of pineapple. I really happy after tasting this 2 dishes.
