Good day everyone, am known as mayorbee on hive. Am new here. And the reason why I joined is that,I love cooking and I will love to keep learning new recipes from each and everyone of us. But today,I will be sharing my yesterday's delicacy to you.

I will be sharing some African delicacies in this community

What am sharing with you today is called Egusi soup in Africa,Nigeria to be precise.Semillade mijo soup

My Recipes are as follows

*Millet grain which is 👉Semillade mijo in Spanish
**Fresh pepper which is👉 pimiento Verde in Spanish
*Palm Oil which is 👉 aceite de palma in Spanish
*Fish which is 👉 pescado in Spanish
*Cow meat which is 👉 Carne de Vaca in Spanish
*Bitter leave which is 👉 licencia amarga in Spanish
*Cray fish which is 👉 Cangrejo de Rio in Spanish
*Onion which is 👉 Cebollas
*Maggi which is 👉 Sazonador
**Salt to taste which is Sal Al gusto

Now, I will be showing you the processes below

After blending the millet this what I got

Add little water and mix to get this

Then,get a pot a d hit your palm oil

When the palm oil is hot,start putting you Millet in portions

Get a different pot to season your meat and boil for few minutes

Then keep stirring up your Millet for it not to get burnt

It's time to add up your season meat

Allow it to boil for some minutes before adding up you bitter leave and your fish

Allow to boil for upto 5 to 7 minutes

Boom! Your Egusi soup is served
