En esta oportunidad les enseñare cómo hacer Marquesas de Chocolate o como muchos la llaman “Torta Fría, que es un postre típico venezolano, contemporáneo y sencillo. La marquesa de chocolate aparece con frecuencia en los menús de los restaurantes a lo largo y ancho de Venezuela.
In this opportunity I will teach you how to make Chocolate Marquesas or as many call it “Cold Cake, which is a typical Venezuelan dessert, contemporary and simple. The chocolate marquise appears frequently on restaurant menus throughout Venezuela.
This chocolate delight is a combination of bitter cocoa pudding, with Maria-type cookies. Its preparation takes less than half an hour, but it has a very nice finish, because you can see the alternating layers of cookies and chocolate pudding
Muchas personas, por razones de tiempo prefieren hacer el pudin optando por un paquete de pudin comercial, pero la calidad del cacao de estos, no es siempre la mejor. Por eso, yo prefiero optar por hacer el pudin casero. Con esto podrás controlar el grado de amargura y dulzor del pudin. Las galletas María son simples, con poca azúcar, y un sabor muy neutro. Así que todo dependerá del pudin.
Many people, for reasons of time, prefer to make the pudding opting for a commercial pudding package, but the quality of the cocoa of these is not always the best. For this reason, I prefer to choose to make the homemade pudding. With this you can control the degree of bitterness and sweetness of the pudding. Maria cookies are simple, with little sugar, and a very neutral flavor. So everything will depend on the pudding.
Como ya les mencione en mi presentación, me encanta cocinar y emprender, así que uní ambas cosas y tuve la iniciativa de comenzar con un negocio que no me da tantas ganancias pero si me genera algo extra de dinero. Estuve sacando cuentas semanal me quedan alrededor de 10$ que no es tanto pero si ayuda mucho y mas con la situación económica por la que atraviesa Venezuela anudada la cuarentena que hizo que el vivir diario se complicara un poco más.
As I already mentioned in my presentation, I love cooking and entrepreneurship, so I combined both and I had the initiative to start a business that does not give me that much profit but does generate some extra money. I have been taking weekly accounts I have about $ 10 left, which is not so much but it helps a lot and more with the economic situation that Venezuela is going through, tied the quarantine that made daily living a little more complicated.
Sin embargo, como buena venezolana, echada para adelante, me dispuse a preparar estos ricos postres y que han tenido excelente receptividad entre mis familiares y amigos que me los compran todos, he ido aumentando la clientela.
However, as a good Venezuelan, forward, I prepared to prepare these delicious desserts and that have had excellent reception among my family and friends who buy them all, I have been increasing the clientele.
A esta receta la llame MARQUESAS ECONÓMICAS PERO DELICIOSAS. ¿Por qué éste nombre? Porque las realizo con pocos ingredientes pero quedan igual de divinas como si la hicieras con la receta original. Mis marquesas no llevan crema de leche y el poco de leche condensada es solo para decorar y colocar un poco en cada capa, es decir, que una lata de Leche Condensada te va a rendir muchísimo.
I call this recipe ECONOMIC BUT DELICIOUS MARQUESAS. Why this name? Because I make them with few ingredients but they are just as divine as if you made it with the original recipe. My marquesas do not have milk cream and the little condensed milk is only to decorate and place a little in each layer, that is, a can of Condensed Milk will give you a lot.
RECETA DE MARQUESAS DE CHOCOLATE
(Para 10 porciones en Vaso #5
CHOCOLATE MARQUES RECIPE
(Makes 10 servings in Glass # 5
INGREDIENTES:
1 Paquete de Galletas María (O galleta de vainilla sencilla, que sea delgada y suave)
1 ½ Taza de Azúcar
1 ½ Taza de Leche Liquida
1 Taza de Agua
100 grs o 5 Cucharadas de Maicena
1 Cucharada de Cacao en Polvo
Leche condensada al gusto
2 galletas de chocolate
INGREDIENTS:
1 Package of Maria Cookies (OR plain vanilla cookie, make it thin and smooth)
1 ½ Cup of Sugar
1 ½ Cup of Liquid Milk
1 cup of water
100 grams or 5 tablespoons of cornstarch
1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
Condensed milk to taste
2 chocolate cookies
PREPARACIÓN DEL PUDIN CASERO DE CHOCOLATE
PREPARING HOMEMADE CHOCOLATE PUDDING
Step 1. We combine the liquid milk with the water, the cornstarch and the sugar (previously sifted) in a pot, place over low heat. When it is a little hot, add the cocoa spoon and beat with a manual mixer.
Step 2. When the mixture is about to boil we have to be very careful not to stop beating so that it does not stick to the bottom of the pot, since if it burns a little it could change the flavor.
Step 3. When we see a good consistency we turn off, we change to a new container to let rest and cool.
It is very important to bear in mind that before removing from the heat the mixture should be a little more liquid than we want because when it cools it becomes thicker and more consistent. So if it is too thick it will not yield us, or we must add more milk which is not the idea of spending more amount of ingredients.
¡NOS DISPONEMOS A PREPARAR NUESTROS VASOS O SHOTS DE MARQUESAS DE CHOCOLATE!
WE ARE GETTING TO PREPARE OUR GLASSES OR SHOTS OF CHOCOLATE MARQUES!
1-Verter un poquito de leche líquida al vaso #5, luego agregamos 2 cucharaditas de Galleta María (Previamente triturada). Las puedes procesar en la licuadora o colocar en una bolsa resistente y golpear con un mazo de madera hasta que quede completamente triturada.
1-Pour a little liquid milk into glass # 5, then add 2 teaspoons of Cookie Maria (previously crushed). You can process them in the blender or place in a sturdy bag and beat with a wooden mallet until completely crushed.
2-Add a little more milk to moisten well. (In this case, use a container for sauces to be more precise when pouring the liquid milk over the crushed cookie.
3-Agregar leche condensada de manera circular (No mucho, es solo para realzar el sabor de la marquesa. También use envase para salsa.
3-Add condensed milk in a circular way (Not much, just to enhance the flavor of the marquise. Also use sauce container.
4-Integrate the first layer of chocolate pudding. I used 2 tablespoons for each layer.
And so on until the entire glass is filled. These # 5 cups are great for perfectly forming 3 layers of cookies and 3 layers of pudding.
Cuando hayamos terminado de preparar los vasitos los decoramos con un poco de galleta de chocolate (previamente trituradas) y leche condensada para decorar. También pueden colocarle lluvia de chocolate y/o mani, aunque seria agregarle un poco más al costo de cada vaso.
When we have finished preparing the cups, we decorate them with a little chocolate cookie (previously crushed) and condensed milk to decorate. You can also pour chocolate and / or peanuts, although it would add a little more to the cost of each glass.
I recommend decorating them when they are about to be delivered because the cookie gets a little damp.
This recipe is my own, since after several trials and errors it was the one that best suited me and above all with the one that saved me the most to be able to offer them at a good price but also of good quality.
Cabe resaltar que mis Marquesas no tienen nada que envidiarle a las que les agregan crema de leche y mucha leche condensada a la mezcla. ¡Quedan igual de deliciosas!
It should be noted that my Marquesas have nothing to envy to those who add heavy cream and a lot of condensed milk to the mix. They are just as delicious!
Es una receta muy sencilla e ideal no solo para emprender sino para pasar una tarde amena compartiendo con amigos o familiares. Para mí lo más importante es cocinar todo con amor, ese es el toque especial que hace que todo quede delicioso, cocinar para los demás es una forma de dar amor, es un gesto muy agradable que llega al fondo del corazón de quienes prueban lo que hiciste con tanto cariño.
