RECETA DE MARQUESAS DE LIMÒN
(Para 10 porciones en Vaso #5
INGREDIENTES:
1 Paquete de Galletas María (O galleta de vainilla sencilla, que sea delgada y suave)
1 ½ Taza de Azúcar
1 ½ Taza de Leche Liquida
1 Taza de Agua
100 grs o 5 Cucharadas de Maicena
El sumo de 2 limones grandes y jugosos
Leche condensada al gusto
Ralladura de Limón
** MARQUISE OF LIMÒN RECIPE **
(Makes 10 servings in Glass # 5
INGREDIENTS:
1 Package of Maria Cookies (OR plain vanilla cookie, make it thin and smooth)
1 ½ Cup of Sugar
1 ½ Cup of Liquid Milk
1 cup of water
100 grams or 5 tablespoons of cornstarch
The sum of 2 large and juicy lemons
Condensed milk to taste
Lemon zest
¡PREPARACIÓN DEL PUDIN CASERO DE LIMÒN!
HOMEMADE LIME PUDDING PREPARATION!
Paso 1.Unimos en una olla la leche líquida con el agua, la maicena y el azúcar (previamente tamizada), colocamos a fuego lento y batimos con un batidor manual.
Step 1. We combine the liquid milk with the water, the cornstarch and the sugar (previously sifted) in a pot, place over low heat and beat with a manual mixer.
Paso 2.Cuando la mezcla esté a punto de hervir le agregamos el zumo de limón. Tenemos que estar muy atentos de no dejar de batir para que la mezcla no se pegue en el fondo de la olla y evitar que se queme o cree grumos.
Step 2.When the mixture is about to boil we add the lemon juice. We have to be very careful not to stop beating so that the mixture does not stick to the bottom of the pot and avoid burning or creating lumps.
Paso 3.Cuando veamos una buena consistencia apagamos, cambiamos a un nuevo recipiente para dejar reposar y enfriar.
Step 3.When we see a good consistency we turn off, we change to a new container to let rest and cool.
It is very important to bear in mind that before removing from the heat the mixture should be a little more liquid than we want because when it cools it becomes thicker and more consistent. So if it is too thick it will not yield us, or we must add more milk which is not the idea of spending more amount of ingredients.
¡PREPARACIÒN DE LOS VASOS O SHOTS DE MARQUESAS DE LIMÒN!
PREPARATION OF THE GLASSES OR SHOTS OF MARQUISE OF LIMON!
1-Verter un poquito de leche líquida al vaso #5, luego agregamos 2 cucharaditas de Galleta María (Previamente triturada). Las puedes procesar en la licuadora o colocar en una bolsa resistente y golpear con un mazo de madera hasta que quede completamente triturada.
1-Pour a little liquid milk to glass # 5, then add 2 teaspoons of Biscuit Maria (previously crushed). You can process them in the blender or place in a sturdy bag and beat with a wooden mallet until completely crushed.
2-Agregar un poquito más de leche para que humedezca bien. (En este caso use un envase para salsas para poder ser más precisa al momento de echar la leche líquida sobre la galleta triturada.
2-Add a little more milk to moisten well. (In this case, use a container for sauces to be more precise when pouring the liquid milk over the crushed cookie.
3-Agregar leche condensada de manera circular (No mucho, es solo para realzar el sabor de la marquesa. También usé un envase para salsa.
3-Add condensed milk in a circular way (Not much, it is just to enhance the flavor of the marquise. I also used a container for sauce.
4-Integrar la primera capa de pudin de Limón. Utilicé 2 cucharadas por cada capa.
4-Integrate the first layer of Lemon pudding. I used 2 tablespoons for each layer.
And so on until the entire glass is filled. These # 5 cups are great for perfectly forming 3 layers of cookies and 3 layers of pudding.
When we have finished preparing the cups, we decorate them with a little Maria or Lemon cookie (previously crushed) and condensed milk to decorate.
I recommend placing the Topping or decorating them when they are about to be delivered because the cookie gets a little damp.
This recipe is my own, since after several trials and errors it was the one that I prefer the best and above all with the one that I save the most to be able to offer them at a good price but also of good quality.
