Today I will show you how I prepared

Asian-style Glass Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 300g. Noodles
  • 400g chicken fillet
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 courgette
  • 1 carrot
  • onion, garlic
  • ginger
  • lemon
  • soy sauce
  • mustard oil
  • organic vegetable seasoning
  • sesame
  • 1 tbsp Thai curry paste

Съставки:

  • 300гр. Нудли
  • 400гр. пилешко филе
  • 1 червена чушка
  • 1 зелена чушка
  • 1 тиквичка
  • 1 морков
  • лук, чесън
  • джинджифил
  • лимон
  • соев сос
  • олио от горчица
  • био зеленчукова подправка
  • сусам
  • 1 с.л. тайландска къри паста

Preparation:

Cut the chicken into strips and season with soy sauce, juice of half a lemon, 1 tbsp of the dried vegetables, black pepper, 2 tbsp of mustard oil. Mix and leave for 1 hour in the fridge.
After an hour fry the chicken juliennes in butter

Приготвяне:
Нарязваме пилешкото месо на ивички и го подправяме със соев сос, сока от половин лимон, 1 с.л. от сушените зеленчуци, щипка черен пипер, 2 с.л. олио от горчица. Разбъркваме и оставяме за 1 час в хладилника.
След час изпържваме пилешките жулиени в масло.

Cut the vegetables into strips and fry them in the same pan, adding more butter. First the onions, then the peppers, ginger, carrots, garlic and last the courgettes. I don't like the vegetables too soft, so I fried them briefly (3-4 minutes). Then I add the chicken juliennes and 1 tbsp curry paste.

Режем зеленчуците на ивички и ги запържваме в същия тиган, като добавяме бучка масло. Първо лука, после чушките, джинджифила, морковите, чесъна и последно тиквичките. Аз не харесвам зеленчуците прекалено меки, затова ги запържих за кратко (3-4 мин). След това добавям пилешките жулиени и 1 с.л къри паста.

I prepared the Glass Noodles by soaking them for 7-8 minutes in boiling water. They are called glass noodles because they turn transparent after boiling.

Стъклените нудли приготвих, като ги накиснах за 7-8 минути във вряща вода. Наричат се стъклени, защото след сваряването им те стават прозрачни.

Drain the water from the noodles and add them to the chicken and vegetables.

Отцеждаме водата от нудлите и ги прибавяме към пилешкото и зеленчуците.

In Indonesia, we called the noodles “Bihun”. My fav recipe with mushroom broth or coconut milk curry :)
