Birthday With Lots of Surprises - Parchita cold Cake / Language( 🇺🇸 /🇪🇸) 🍰

Good morning community I want to share with you a special day which was my birthday, in many occasions unexpected things come out the best without planning them. As you all know the history of many Venezuelans we are scattered all over the world for me neither escapes that family situation. Now I have a small family which are my neighbors and my father and his wife. We are also accompanied by my husband, my daughter and kitty chichi who are always by my side.

Buenos días comunidad quiero compartir con ustedes un día especial que fue mi cumpleaños, en muchas ocasiones las cosas inesperadas salen de lo mejor sin planificarlas. Como todos saben la historia de muchos venezolanos estamos dispersos por todo el mundo para mi tampoco escapa esa situación familiar. Ahora tengo una pequeña familia que son mis vecinos y mi padre con su esposa. También nos acompaña mi esposo mi hija y gatica chichi que siempre son los que tengo a mi lado.

To tell a little of the story began the morning with a good breakfast that my daughter and husband spoiled me with a traditional meal arepita with egg and cheese hehehehe, for lunch I stayed home, my husband decided to buy mozzarella cheese with ham arepero, made the pizzas they bring red sauce made them with canned tomato sauce with a touch of garlic oregano, salt and pepper to taste. I have a little discomfort not adding paprika and onion to one of the pizzas. The other one has the mentioned vegetables.

Para contar un poco de la historia empezó la mañana con un buen desayuno que me consintieron mi hija y esposo con una comida tradicional arepita con huevo y queso jejeje, para el almuerzo me quede en casa, mi esposo decido comprar queso mozzarella con jamón arepero, hizo las pizzas ellas traen salsa roja las hizo con salsa de tomate enlatada con un toque de ajo orégano, sal y pimienta al gusto. Se coloco maíz jamón y queso. tengo un poco de malestar no agrego a una pimentón y cebolla. La otra si trae los vegetales mencionados.

The sharing starts at 5pm, I prepare a tuna sauce with vegetables to taste, paprika, onion, sweet bell pepper and cilantro. These vegetables are placed in a bowl and the tuna is also added with mayonnaise. This is delicious, another of the sauces that I make in a bowl I place yellow cheese with ham add pink sauce I place purple onion with sweet bell pepper this gives a particular touch very taste.

Finally, every Venezuelan party should not miss a cake, this is a cold parchita cake, it is a cake moistened with parchita juice. Cream cheese, meringue and parchita seeds are placed on top, this was made by my dad's wife, she is a specialist in sweets. To accompany a jelly with condensed milk and cream, giving it a pink strawberry touch. The pasapalos were a great success, the cake was sold out, it is still big and we continue to sweeten ourselves with it.

In total we were 10 people we were able to share a different time, and the video calls always present with my other members of my family. Always my friend Violeta was outstanding with the decoration always giving an original touch to all the places that she arrives, not escaping my home.

El compartir inicio a las 5pm, como acompañantes preparo una salsa de atún ella lleva vegetales al gusto pimentón cebolla ají dulce y cilantro. Estos vegetales se colocan en una pica todo y se agrega también el atún con mayonesa. Esto queda delicioso, otra de las salsas que realizo en un recipiente coloco queso amarillo con jamón agrego salsa rosada coloco cebolla morada con ají dulce esto da un toque particular muy gusto.

Por último, toda fiesta venezolana no debe falta una torta, esta es una torta fría de parchita, es un biscocho humedecido con jugo de parchita. Queso crema, merengue por encima se coloca pepitas de parchita esta la realizo la esposa de mi papa ella es especialista en dulces. Para acompañar una gelatina que lleva leche condensada y crema de leche dando así un toque rosado es de fresa. Los pasapalos todo un éxito se vendieron toda la torta es grande aun queda y seguimos endulzándonos con ella.

En total éramos 10 personas pudimos compartir pasar un rato diferente, y las video llamadas siempre presente con mis otros integrantes de mi familia. Siempre mi amiga violeta destacada con la decoración siempre dando un toque original a todos los lugares que llega no escapo mi hogar.
