Como podemos observar nuestros ingredientes son sencillos y fácil de conseguir en cualquier mercado.

Preparacion:
Cortamos en cubo los vegetales, agragamos junto con la carne las especies en una cacerola y comenzamos a guisar nuestra carne molida, el cual nos quede con mucha salsa que usaremos luego para cocer nuestra pasta.

Seguimos con la preparación de nuestra salsa bechamel.
Colocamos en una cacerola 250ml de leche le agradamos una pizca de sal, una cucharada de mantequilla, ralladura de nuez moscada y colocamos al fuego.
En una taza colocamos 50ml leche con tres cucharadas grandes de maizena o fécula de maíz y preparamos una mezcla el cual nos sirve para espesar nuestra bechamel.
Opcional: agregar cebolla y ajo rallado.

Comenzamos armar por capas en un refractario.
Colocamos una capa de salsa bechamel, una de pasta y carne, asi repetimos hasta llenar nuestro refractario, terminando con salsa de bechamel y agregando todo la salsa de guiso. llevamos al horno por 15min hasta terminar de cocer la pasta e unifique todos los ingredientes y seque.
