Buenas tardes queridos amigos hoy vengo con otra deliciosa receta, unos deliciosos panes dulces decorados con chocolate.
Good afternoon dear friends today I come with another delicious recipe, some delicious sweet breads decorated with chocolate.
Ingrediente
- Harina -----------300 Gr
- Agua -------------250 Ml
- Azúcar ----------130 Gr
- Aceite ------------30Ml
- Huevo -------------1
- Esencias vainilla --------1Cdta
- Esencia mandarina ----1Cdta
- Sal ------------------------------1Cdta
- Levadura --------------------30Gr
Ingredient
- Flour -------------- 300 Gr
- Water ------------- 250 Ml
- Sugar ------------- 130 Gr
- Oil ------------------ 30Ml
- Egg ---------------- 1
- Vanilla essences -------- 1 tsp
- Mandarin essence ------ 1 tsp
- Salt ------------------------------ 1 tsp
- Yeast ---------------------------- 30G
Preparación
Como de costumbre, coloco todos los ingredientes líquidos en un bol y mezclo para integrar luego agregar la levadura y harina, seguir amasando hasta obtener una masa suave y que se despegue de los dedos ( foto 1)
Colocamos en la mesa de trabajo y amasamos de 10 a 15 min para darle suavidad a nuestra masa, boliamos y formamos una bola ( foto 2)
Con ayuda de una rodillo bajamos la masa para desgasificarla y cortarla en los trozos deseados ( foto 3)
Preparation
As usual, I place all the liquid ingredients in a bowl and mix to integrate then add the yeast and flour, continue kneading until you get a smooth dough that comes off your fingers (photo 1)
Place on the work table and knead for 10 to 15 min to make our dough soft, roll and form a ball (photo 2)
With the help of a roller we lower the dough to degas it and cut it into the desired pieces (photo 3)
Yo la corte en 7 pedazos iguales los cuales boleamos y aplanamos con el rodillo para darle forma a nuestros panes ( foto 4 y 5 )
I cut it into 7 equal pieces which we roll and flatten with the roller to shape our loaves (photo 4 and 5)
Colocamos en nuestra bandeja para que reposen y dupliquen su tamaño y le hacemos unos pequeños cortes con ayuda de una hojilla para garantizar un crecido uniforme ( foto 6 y 7 )
We place in our tray so that they rest and double their size and we make some small cuts with the help of a blade to guarantee a uniform growth (photo 6 and 7)
Con el horno precalentado a 170º por 5min procedemos a meter nuestros panes por un tiempo de 15min y verificando que estén dorados y listos, ya listos barnizamos para dar brillo con agua y azúcar y decoramos con chocolate.
With the oven preheated to 170º for 5min, we proceed to put our loaves in for a time of 15min and verifying that they are golden brown and ready, when ready, we varnish to shine with water and sugar and decorate with chocolate.
