Hola queridos amigos, en esta ocasión les hablaré de un local que va a cumplir sus segundo aniversario muy pronto. Todos en alguna momento hemos soñado con ser nuestro/a propio/a jefe/a y tener nuestro restaurante o local de cualquier tipo. Este es un gran ejemplo a seguir, pues la señora Rosario y su esposo Don Héctor, crearon esto en el Zapallo. Venden comida criolla y variados platillos.
Hello dear friends, this time I am going to tell you about a place that is going to celebrate its second anniversary very soon. We have all dreamed at one time or another to be our own boss and have our own restaurant or store of any kind. This is a great example to follow, as Mrs. Rosario and her husband Don Hector, created this in Zapallo. They sell creole food and a variety of dishes.
Este local antes abría los días sábados y domingos, pero por las medidas que tomó el COE Cantonal ante la pandemia se atiende al público de lunes a viernes. El objetivo principal es el de consentir el paladar de las personas que transitan por esta zona, que recomienden al lugar y puedan ser un ejemplo a seguir para todos los jóvenes.
This place used to be open on Saturdays and Sundays, but due to the measures taken by the Cantonal COE due to the pandemic, it is open to the public from Monday to Friday. The main objective is to pamper the palate of the people who pass through this area, to recommend the place and to be an example to follow for all young people.

El menú cada día cambia, pues a las personas hay que enamorarlas con algo distinto, primero se les sirve el caldo y después la segunda entrada, los jugos son divinos, así que estoy segura de que la comida les gustará. Mi mamá está trabajando como cocinera allí y yo a eso de las dos voy para allá y ayudo en lo necesario.
También le tomo fotos a los platillos para que lp suban a las redes sociales y las personas lleguen.
The menu changes every day, because people have to fall in love with something different, first they are served the broth and then the second starter, the juices are divine, so I'm sure they will like the food. My mom is working as a cook there and I go there around two o'clock and help out as needed.

En este caso, los platillos fueron: Caldo de papa y como segunda entrada un refrito de camarón con arroz, tajadas y su menestra de habas, el jugo podía ser de limón o sandía.
In this case, the dishes were: potato broth and as a second starter a shrimp refried with rice, slices and its vegetable stew of beans, the juice could be lemon or watermelon.
Puedo decirles por experiencia propia qje que si deseas tener algo propio lo puedes lograr, deséalo tanto hasta que lo cumplas. No tiene que ser algo tan grande, conque sea sencillo y puedas crecer poco a poco, todo cuenta. Lo importante es que seas bien aseado, que tengas buena sazón y la atención sea la mejor. I can tell you from my own experience that if you want to have something of your own you can achieve it, wish for it so much until you achieve it. It doesn't have to be something so big, if it is simple and you can grow little by little, everything counts. Bonito lugar, la comida se ve muy rica, esos platos no los he probado, por otro lado, bella al comienzo de la publicación la parte en ingles se encuentra a la izquierda y el español a la derecha y luego cambia, mosca con eso, y si no lo sabias existe una comunidad de estilo de vida donde gustosamente reciben las publicaciones donde se dan a conocer lugares nuevos, búscala y como en toda comunidad lee las reglas antes de publicar.

I wanted to ask you if you intended to start out your side-by-side translation with Spanish on the left side in the first paragraph, then switch to the right side in the subsequent paragraphs. I was just a bit thrown off my reading as I was reading English, then had to switch to the opposite side. It's really not a big deal, I just wanted to bring it to your attention.
Also, the photo you pulled from Facebook. Is that photo free to use like the images from free sites such as Pixabay, Pexels, Unsplash, etc.? Normally photos from Facebook and other social outlets are not free to use unless they are your own images.
