Today I bring you a recipe for some delicious and exotic baked pork ribs crispy and golden and with an incredible flavor.
Ingredientes
2 kilos de chuleta de cerdo
Salsa inglesa
Comino
Ajo en polvo
1 limón
Orégano
2 cucharadas de mostaza
Ajo en polvo
Sal y pimienta al gusto
Ingredients
2 kilos of pork chop
English sauce
Cumin
Garlic powder
1 lemon
Oregano
2 tablespoons mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparación
Lavamos las Costilla con limón y agua, empezamos a sasonar, con todos los ingredientes, tapamos con plástico y guardamos en la nevera hasta el día siguiente.
Preparation
We wash the ribs with lemon and water, start seasoning, with all the ingredients, cover with plastic and store in the fridge until the next day.
Al día siguiente Precalentamos el horno a 180 grados. Colocamos la carne en una fuente refractaria y Horneamos durante 2 o 3 horas hasta verlo bien dorado por ambos lados.
The next day we preheat the oven to 180 degrees. We place the meat in a refractory dish and bake for 2 or 3 hours until it is well browned on both sides.
Esta costilla al horno queda tan cocida, sabrosa y dorada que opacará cualquier guarnición y es mucho más sencilla de preparar de lo que parece.
This baked rib is so cooked, tasty and golden that it will overshadow any garnish and it is much easier to prepare than it seems.
