Buenas noches mis queridos amigos amantes de lo dulce y el sabor hoy les voy a mostrar mi preparación de un rico postre típico de Venezuela qué es el majarete de coco y canela, una receta que viene de generación en generación pues recuerdo que lo preparaba mi abuela, luego mi mama y ahora me toco a mi, los invito a ver mi preparación.

Good evening my dear friends, lovers of sweetness and flavor, today I am going to show you my preparation of a delicious typical Venezuelan dessert which is the majarete of coconut and cinnamon, a recipe that comes from generation to generation because I remember that my grandmother prepared it, then my mother and now it's my turn, I invite you to see my preparation.

Ingredientes: 2 cocos, 100 gms de papelón, canela en Palo y en polvo, 200 gms de azúcar, 200 gms de harina de maíz blanco.

Ingredients: 2 coconuts, 100 grams of paprika, cinnamon stick and powdered cinnamon, 200 grams of sugar, 200 grams of white corn flour.

Comenzamos con nuestro Coco rallarlo y llevarlo a la licuadora con un vaso de agua licuar repitiendo el proceso para obtener una leche pura y otra mas clara.

We start with our coconut, grate it and take it to the blender with a glass of water and blend it repeating the process to obtain a pure milk and a clearer one.

Agregamos en un recipiente con un poco de leche Clara de coco y agregamos la harina mezclando hasta que se disuelva, luego pasamos por el colador para eliminar residuos y colocamos en un caldero.

A fuego lento mezclando continuamente para que no se formen grumos agregamos la canela en palo, papelón, azúcar y la leche de coco pura revolviendo hasta espesar para servir en recipientes agregar canela en polvo y llevar a la nevera.
