Feliz noche mis lectores amigos de Hive, es un gusto saludarles en este día y compartir con todos ustedes una receta fácil y rápida, para esta ocasión les mostraré cómo preparar de forma fácil y rápida unas albóndigas de carne, solo hay que condimentar muy bien para que su sabor sea exquisito.

Receta: Albóndigas de Carne Fritas 🧆

Ingredientes

300 gr de carne molida de res
4 dientes de ajo
1/4 de cebolla
1 ramita de cilantro
Sal y orégano a gusto
Aceite para freír

Recipe: Fried Meatballs 🧆

Ingredients

300 gr of ground beef
4 cloves of garlic
1/4 onion
1 sprig of coriander
Salt and oregano to taste
Oil for frying

Preparación/Preparation

1.Vamos a lavar la cebolla y el ajo, después rallar por el lado más pequeño, agregar la carne y amasar para incorporar los ingredientes.

2.Seguidamente lavar el cilantro y cortar pequeño agregar a la carne, junto a la sal y orégano, seguir amasando e incorporar muy bien.

3.Luego dar forma de albóndigas, lo puedes realizar del tamaño de su preferencia.

4.Calentar una sartén, agregar el aceite, colocar las albóndigas y freír hasta que estén doraditas, Procurando que no se quemen.

5.Retirar de fuego, colocar en un papel absorbente para escurrir el exceso de aceite y listas para servir.

Estas fáciles albóndigas, se pueden servir en almuerzos o cenas, con arroz, pastas, ensaladas, pan, es de esas preparaciones wiw combina con todo y gusta mucho en casa.
