¡Buenos días y feliz inicio de semana! Ayer preparé una de mis comidas favoritas en el mundo y sin duda tengo que compartirla con ustedes, soy amante de la panza de res, o más bien del mondongo como tal, tenía mucho tiempo con antojo de comerlo pero realmente no es algo fácil de conseguir hasta que finalmente hace unos días pude comprar, me gusta mucho en sopa y es la única que me gusta pero esta vez he decidido preparar la panza de una manera diferente pero igual de deliciosa y fue guisada, ideal para acompañar con arroz y unas ricas tajadas, aquí les comparto mi preparación y espero que les guste, sin más, ¡a cocinar!

Yesterday I prepared one of my favorite meals in the world and without a doubt I have to share it with you, I am a lover of beef belly, or rather tripe as such, I had long wanted to eat it but it really is not something easy to achieve until finally a few days ago I was able to buy, I like it a lot in soup and it is the only one I like but this time I have decided to prepare the belly in a different way but just as delicious and it was stewed, ideal to accompany with rice and some delicious slices , here I share my preparation and I hope you like it, without further ado, ¡let's cook!
