Ingredientes:
- 1/2 litro de aceite.
- Harina de trigo.
- 4 plátanos.
- 500 gramos de carne molida.
- 500 gramos de pasta.
- Ají.
- Cebolla.
- 400 gramos de queso duro.
- Caldo de pollo.
- Pimienta en polvo.
- Orégano chiquito.
- Color Onoto en polvo.
- Sal.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 liter of oil.
- Wheat flour.
- 4 plantains.
- 500 grams of ground meat.
- 500 grams of pasta.
- Chili bell pepper.
- Onion.
- 400 grams of hard cheese.
- Chicken broth.
- Pepper powder.
- Small oregano.
- Onoto color powder.
- Salt.

Paso 1: Lo primero que vamos hacer es lavar muy bien los plátanos para poder cortarlos en tres secciones iguales y en una olla agregar suficiente agua junto con los plátanos, ponerlos a cocinar, hasta que ya este hirviendo y tengan una contextura blanda. Luego le vamos a retirar la cascara y con la ayuda de un tenedor lo aplastamos hasta hacer un puré, le agregamos un poquito de harina de trigo, una pizca de sal y los mezclamos hasta que estén bien integrados los ingredientes.
Step 1: The first thing we are going to do is to wash the plantains very well to be able to cut them in three equal sections and in a pot add enough water together with the plantains, put them to cook, until it is boiling and they have a soft texture. Then we are going to remove the peel and with the help of a fork we crush them into a puree, add a little bit of wheat flour, a pinch of salt and mix them until the ingredients are well integrated.

Paso 2: Ahora vamos hacer las empanadas, en una bolsa estiramos la cantidad de puré de plátano que ustedes les guste y lo rellenamos con queso al gusto, la cerramos y con un bol le damos la forma y el tamaño que queremos, en un salten lo ponemos a freír con suficiente aceite. Luego picamos en pequeños pedazos el ají, la cebolla y lo ponemos a sofreír.
Step 2: Now we are going to make the empanadas, in a bag we stretch the amount of mashed plantain that you like and fill it with cheese to taste, we close it and with a bowl we give it the shape and size we want, in a frying pan we put it to fry with enough oil. Then we chop in small pieces the chili bell pepper and the onion and we put it to fry.

Paso 3: Ya sofrito el ají y la cebolla, agregamos la carne molida y un poquito de agua, cuando tome un color pálido le echarle la pimienta, onoto, caldo de pollo, orégano y sal al punto. Juntamos los ingredientes, esperamos que hierva y seque un poco.
Step 3: Once the chili and onion are fried, add the ground beef and a little bit of water, when it gets a pale color add the pepper, onoto, chicken broth, oregano and salt to the point. We put the ingredients together, wait for it to boil and dry a little.

Paso 4: Ponemos a hervir suficiente agua, agregamos sal y la pasta hasta que tenga la contextura blanda que queremos.
Step 4: Boil enough water, add salt and the pasta until it has the desired soft texture.
