Strawberries are now popular in my country. Since I bought a crate of strawberries and it was not possible for my husband and I to eat it, I decided to put some in the stake. The cake is very simple and quickly disappears from the plate.

5 eggs
500 ml sweet sour cream

Whisk the egg whites with 2-3 tablespoons of sugar and add a little salt. The egg whites must be beaten firmly. How do you know if it's good? Turn the bowl in which you are stirring slowly downwards, if the egg whites do not move, that means that it is good.
Whisk the egg yolks into the filling with the rest of the sugar. Do not add sugar all at once, but add little by little while stirring.

In a bowl containing the beaten egg yolks, add a little of the beaten egg whites with a spoon, and mix lightly with a spoon until you add everything. When you have combined the beaten egg yolks and egg whites, add the flour and thickener, adding a little while stirring lightly.
When you get the mixture, put the baking paper in the baking tray and pour the mixture over it and spread it to get the crust.

Bake the crust at 180 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
When the bark is mountainous, take a wet cloth and roll up the bark.

Whisk 300 ml of sweet sour cream with a mixer, whisk the remaining 200 ml of sweet sour cream separately and add strawberries to it as you like, you can freely overdo it a bit if you like them. They give a very special taste.
And now enchant the most interesting part where the filling goes and where you can try a little one, another filling.
Unroll the crust from the cloth and put white filling over it, strawberries and then red filling.
When we stuffed it, we wrapped it in a roll.
