Les comparto mi almuerzo es una receta gourmet suculento, “Pollo Salteado con Champiñones y Vegetales.” Esta combinación de carne de pollo con ingredientes 100% naturales champiñones, zukini, zanahoria pimentón, cebolla, ajo, tomate y salpimentado contienen Nutrientes de alto valor proteico y nutricional y acompañado con arroz, ensalada de vegetales y tajadas de plátanos fritos otorgan un sabor, para compartir en familia y amistades.

Ingredientes Porción para 5 Personas.
• 800 Gramos de filet de pechuga.
• 5 Champiñones.
• Zukini, zanahoria, tomate, cebolla morada , ajo porro, perejil seco, orégano, pimentón rojo, apio España , ajo triturado,, perejil seco , tomillo sal y pimienta.
• 2 Cucharadas de mantequilla, 2 cucharadas de salsa de soya.
• 2 Onzas de aceite de maíz
Ingredients for 5 People.
• 800 Grams of breast fillet.
• 5 Mushrooms.
• Zukini, carrot, tomato, red onion, garlic joint, dried parsley, oregano, red paprika, Spanish celery, crushed garlic, dried parsley, thyme, salt and pepper
• 2 Butter spoons, 2 tablespoons soy sauce.
• 2 Ounces of corn oil.
Elaboracion / Elaboration:
• Cortamos en rodaja los champiñones y eliminamos los extremos de cada uno de los vegetales extraemos las semillas, cortamos en juliana zukini, pimentón cebolla , zanahoria y apio España enjuagamos y reservamos.
• Slice the mushrooms and remove the ends of each of the vegetables, extract the seeds, julienne zukini paprika, onion, carrot and celery Spain, rinse and reserve.
• Enjuagamos los trozos de pollo y aderezamos con ajo triturado, perejil, tomillo sal y pimienta vertemos en un recipiente mantequilla, cebolla , ajo triturado y aceite y colocamos en la estufa a sofreír añadimos el pollo salteamos y revolvemos.

• Añadimos al pollo los champiñones y los demás vegetales, salpimiéntamos, añadimos salsa de soya revolvemos.

• Cocinamos el pollo salteado con champiñones y vegetales unos 6 minutos aproximadamente revolvemos y retiramos del fuego para servirlo.
