How are you guys? I believe you are in good healthy in this difficult time period staying home or work place following healthy procedures and spending your golden time for develop hive blockchain activities. This time I'm back with for share very nutritious dish which we used for our lunch. In this post I am going to share about it.
Ingredients
- 250 g raw sprats
- Half cup of water
- Two table spoons of oil
- Three teaspoons of chilli powder
- Two teaspoons of meat curry powder
- One teaspoon of pepper powder
- Chopped ginger
- One and half of salt cubs
- Rampe
- Curry leaves
- Chopped garlic
- Chopped b onion
- A few cinnamon sticks
- Chopped tomatoes
- 2 no. of Goraka
Preparing methods
Put a pan on the stove and put some raw sprats in it.Now add ginger, rumpe, curry leaves and salt.
Now add pepper powder, meat curry powder and chilli powder.
Add chopped b onion and garlic.Next add goraka.Add two tablespoons of coconut oil and mix well.Now add half a cup of water and let it boil for ten minutes.Once cooked, add the tomatoes and turn off the stove.
Very tasty and good quality raw rice flies made with chilli.
