I tried though... From the beginning of this year, I made a deal not to take coffee and anything with caffeine. And I added for myself not to take refined sugar, cakes, or anything that contains it ( so no bread either)
I was doing well, very well for some months... and then I went back first with bread, pasta, then cookies too and everything hahaha π
Now I can't skip it... I should switch back to the strict regime again... but no real desire for avoiding cookies lol. I just know it would be better maybe
And even coffee is finding its way more and more times π¬π
