A quick and healthy salad
Once again, I was inspired to create photographs of food and recipes. I love healthy food. In today's post, I want to show how you can easily and quickly prepare an easy and healthy recipe.
We actually need a few popular ingredients.
Ingredients:
Tomato - 1 pc.
Cucumber - 1 pc.
Lettuce leaves
Feta cheese - 100 g.
Rye croutons - 50 g.
Dill - 1 bunch
Olive oil - 2-4 tbsp. spoons
Salt to taste
Preparation:
Preparation: Wash vegetables, salad, herbs and chop. Next, you need to cut the feta cheese into cubes. Dry rusks in the oven. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Add olive oil and salt to taste.

There is a deceiving amount of flavour in that bowl! I always add hemp seeds to my salads as a nutrient boost, but I would eat that any and every day of the week! Add a piece of chicken or steak for dinner, or a hard-boiled egg and fruit for breakfast. That's how superheroes are made. Thanks for sharing, @lyubovbar. ;)
