This weekend I tried the Kamakura experience, Japanese cuisine in the heart of Gibraltar.
I always get cravings for chicken soup, I think this is down to my younger years. When growing up in a Jewish family, chicken soup is your go-to when feeling unwell or cold. It takes 3 hours to cook from scratch, so I was beyond excited to find out real chicken ramen is available in Gibraltar.
The soup was very tasty and extremely flavoursome, I'm not too sure about the heart-shaped items? perhaps someone can help me find out what these are? they had a slightly rubbery texture?
As stated, if someone finds me good ramen, I'm sure I'll be smiling like a Cheshire cat for days!
