I'm sure you'll enjoy it Zac, it really is the easiest and tastiest way to make poached eggs. You can add mushrooms or peppers to the tomato and onion sauce, and if you feel like being lavish, sprinkle grated cheese on when it's almost cooked. Take pics and do a foodie post, use the tag #myway 😉
We used to make our own version of a recipe that someone shared, way back with the #cookwithus contests.
It was interesting how different people interpreted the recipes.
