Eating healthy should always be an idea that we should always keep in mind; Today I bring you a delicious healthy meal that does not contain carbohydrates and helps keep us fit. I have already been eating healthier for several days and eliminating carbohydrates. Eating badly or in excess brought me as a consequence to be on the verge of suffering from a maluca disease such as diabetes. Today I show you how my healthy lunch was today.
Ingredients
1 Carrot
white cauliflower
Cabbage
Zucchini
Cilantro
Garlic
vinegar oil
oregano leaves

I began to wash the vegetables well, the carrot was the first to remove all its skin and take only half and cut it into slices
Step 2
Then in the same way take the zucchini and cut in the same way.
Step 3
Later wash the cauliflower very well and place in the same container where I have the other vegetables

Take a pot and put a little salted water and begin to incorporate the carrot, which is the hardest to soften.
Step 5
I added the zucchini after I saw that the carrot had softened
Step 6
Later place the white cauliflower and the cabbage cut into strips.
Step 7
After all the parboiled vegetables are ready, reserve in a container
Step 8
Here prepare the dressing that you make with a little vinegar and a little oil; in addition to placing finely cut coriander and crushed garlic.
Step 9
Place on top of the vegetables and join everything
Accompany this very nutritious vegetable salad with a piece of grilled chicken seasoned with just a little salt and oregano.

Comer sano debe ser siempre una idea que siempre debemos tener en mente; Hoy les traigo una rica comida saludable que no contiene carbohidratos y ayuda a mantenernos en forma. Tengo ya varios días comiendo más sano y eliminando los carbohidratos. El comer mal o en exceso me trajo como consecuencia estar a punto de sufrir una maluca enfermedad como la diabetes. Hoy les muestro como fue mi almuerzo sano de hoy.
Ingredientes
1 Zanahoria
Coliflor blanco
Repollo
Calabacín
Cilantro
Ajo
Aceite Vinagre
Hojas de orégano
Preparación
#Paso 1
Comence a lavar bien las verduras, la zanahoria fue la primera que quite toda su piel y tome solo la mitad y la corte en rodjas
Paso 2
Despues de la misma manera tome el calabacín y corte de la misma forma.
Paso 3
Posteriormente lave muy bien el coliflor y coloque en el mismo envase donde tengo los demás vegetales

Tome una olla y coloque un poco de agua con sal y empecé a incorporar la zanahoria que es la más dura para ablandar
Paso 5
Incorporé el calabacín después que vi que la zanahoria se había ablandado
Paso 6
Posteriormente coloque el coliflor blanco y el repollo cortado en tiras.
Paso 7
Después de estar listo todos los vegetales sancochados reserve en un envase
Paso 8
Aquí prepare el aderezo que lo realice con un poco de vinagre y poquito de aceite; además de colocar cilantro cortado finamente y ajo triturado.
Paso 9
Coloque encima de los vegetales y uní todo
Esta ensalada de vegetales que es muy nutritiva la acompañe con un trozo de pollo a la plancha que sazone solo un poquito de sal y orégano.
