Bulukat Kuah Tuhe is a delicious soup culinary that is not much different from compote. Some people also know him with Aceh banana compote. This dish is actually easy to find in the city center. However, his presence is abundant when entering the month of Ramadan. Usually Bulukat Kuah Tuhe is used as a takjil menu before eating the main meal.
Another uniqueness of Aceh's typical banana compote is a mixture of sticky rice in it. Not cooked together, the sticky rice is processed separately using banana leaves as the wrapper. The taste is sweet, savory, and legit.
Very fitting when eaten with warm tuhe sauce. In addition, some also serve with putu mayam. When served, Bulukut Kuah Tuhe has a unique texture. It is not too runny and has a pale white color. This is because the ingredients used do not use brown sugar.
