Maybe for some people this leumang is not foreign, but I have seen for myself that there are still many people who do not know about this leumang, and indeed this leumang in Acehnese tradition is not often cooked, usually this leumang is made once a year, this leumang is usually made on special and big events. And we can also buy this leumang independently, this leumang is also traded, but only in certain kede kede, not many kede sell leumang, because the manufacturing process is long and quite difficult
Now, I will discuss how the taste of this leumang, all of you must be curious, hehehe. For its own taste, this leumang is very delicious and usually people eat this leumang using sugar, coffee, or durian, because it is made from rice which is heated until it becomes leumang, this rice is mixed with coconut milk, then wrapped in banana leaves and put in into the bamboo and then burned until cooked, the burning itself takes up to 2-3 hours.
