tomato soup

Hello today I want to show you how I make tomato soup in my own way.

Ingredients

1 pound of ripe tomatoes.
1 onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
200 ml of vegetable stock or water.
2 tablespoons of wheat flour.
4 basil leaves.
Olive oil.
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
To decorate some basil leaves.
1–2 tablespoons of virgin olive oil.

Process

*Step1

Pour the oil into a pot and when it is hot add the garlic and onion. Cook over medium-high heat until golden brown, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes.

*Step 2
*Add the flour and mix with the vegetables for 1 minute.

Step 3
Cutting the tomatoes should make a cross cut and introduce them in boiling water for 2-3 minutes and then remove the skin and crush them.

Step 4
Add the tomatoes to the pot along with 4 or 5 chopped basil leaves, a little salt, and the vegetable stock.

Step 5
Turn up the heat and when the mixture begins to boil, lower the heat to make it soft and cook for 30 minutes.

Step 6
To serve and decorate you can put basil leaves or black pepper.
